Board of Directors Responsibilities

All members of Board of Directors in CT have duty of loyalty to accomplish their business and management successfully with highly self-discipline and cautious attitude to exercise power. Independent Directors comply with relevant laws and articles of incorporation for maintenance the right of company and shareholders. The Independent Directors elected are able to fully exercise their authority to enhance the Company’s risk management and the controls over finance and operation.
