Remuneration Committee

The Remuneration Committee assists the Board of Directors in evaluating and implementing its remuneration and benefit policies, and determines compensation for directors of the Board and Executives with appropriate suggestion.
Audit Committee

The Audit Committee assists the Board of Directors in executing its supervision functions. It is also responsible for tasks defined by the Company Act, Securities and Exchange Act and other relevant regulations to enhance the Company’s risk management and the controls over finance and operation.
